An optional value for a thruster that determines initial boost when a thruster is activated.
The default value is 2, which equates to +200% thrust.
thrusterBoost operates with thrusterBoostTime to determine how long boost is generated.
Example:thrusterBoost=2.0,
thrusterBoost can also be a negative number, which will cause delayed acceleration.
