TURRET defines that the a CANNON or LASER can rotate 360 degrees.
Any shape can be a TURRET weapon as opposed to directional-firing weapons that need to be on a shape with a cannon node.
Rotation speed defined by turretSpeed.
turretLimit prevents the turret from rotating 360 degrees.
