Features give a block functionality or additional attributes. Features are defined as all caps and separated by a | character. For example: features=COMMAND|GENERATOR|THRUSTER|ASSEMBLER|TRACTOR.
Once a feature has been declared, the block can support additional attributes related to a feature’s function.
