Requires CANNON_BOOST

Defines that this block will boost the abilities of attacked CANNONS.

Boost is calculated by extra bracket values that define both the added benefit and increased energy cost.

Example:
boost={ power={ 1.04, 0 }, damage={ 1, 60 } },

The above value means each block will increase energy used and add 60 damage per shot to the cannon.
